To strengthen the epidemic control of crowded key places and venues, resolutely block the spread of the virus, hereby, we make the following announcement.
1.Temporarily close the chess and card room, mahjong room, board game room, room escape game venues, shower room and other crowded indoor closed leisure and entertainment places.
2.Strictly control the access of bars, KTVs, game halls, Internet cafes, foot massage rooms and other indoor places, and the reception number shall not exceed 50% of the approved number. All entrants to those places must have their temperature checked, show the health codes and wear masks, besides they shall have their travel-history code checked. Those who have * on their travel-history code are forbidden to enter. All employees are required to be vaccinated and wear mask all the time during the working hours. If the relevant places violate the regulations for the first time, it shall be ordered to rectify immediately. For the second-time violation, relevant person in charge will be given verbal warning. For the third-time violation, businesses shall be suspended for rectification.
3.Visits to nursing homes and children's welfare homes will be suspended. Those who need to enter for special reasons should provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate in the past 2 days and will have only limited access to certain permitted areas.
4.Indoor performances and all religious and folk-belief activities that draw large crowds will be suspended. Offline sales promotions and exhibitions will not be held in shopping malls and supermarkets temporarily.
5.Scenic spots shall not receive tourists exceeding 75% of their maximum carrying capacity. Cinemas, theaters, libraries, gallaries and museums shall not receive visitors exceeding 75% of their approved capacity.
6.All entrants to shopping malls, supermarkets, marketplaces, banks and places offering utility services including electricity, water, gas and communication supply must have their temperature checked, show the health codes and wear masks properly.
7.Large gathering events such as conferences, training sessions, examinations, performances, contests, exhibitions shall not be held unless there is a necessity. The organizers of those gathering activities shall be held responsible in case of any epidemic related consequences. For activities with over 50 attendees, the organizers must formulate epidemic prevention and control plan and earnestly implement all prevention and control measures.
8.Teachers, students and employees from medium- and high-risk areas shall postpone their return trips to Yiwu. Since August 15, teachers, students and employees shall not leave Jinhua unless necessary and those who have already left Jinhua should return before August 15 and carry out 14-day self health monitoring.
9.Pharmacies are not allowed to sell antipyretics and cough medicines to patients with fever symptoms. Such patients, once located, should be persuaded to seek treatment in medical institutions after finishing real-name registration.The information of the patients shall be reported to relevant authorities according to the provincial regulations. Moreover, real-name registration will be required for those who buy any one of the major four categories of medicines under monitoring, such as antipyretic, cough, antiviral and antibiotic medicines.
