To solidly strengthen the defense line against the epidemic, ensure nucleic acid tests be taken by all those who must be tested and those who are volunteered to be tested, so as to safeguard the lives and health of the people, we hereby make the following announcement:
1.Due to the needs of epidemic prevention and control, three "100%"s will be implemented for all returnees who come to Yiwu via Yiwu Airport, Railway Station, Bus Station and other transportation stations, namely 100% temperature measurement, 100% health code check, and 100% mask wearing.
2.Three "100%"s will also be implemented for all passengers who take public vehicles in the city. Passengers with RED or YELLOW health code are not allowed to enter the stations.
3.The key personnel shall all take nucleic acid tests. Those who have been to a region, city or county (city, district) in medium and high-risk areas within 14 days and those returnees and travelers from foreign countries who have been just discharged from 21-day quarantine should carry out nucleic acid tests at the comprehensive service sites.
4.Nucleic acid tests shall be provided for returnees from other provinces who are willing to take for free. For those returnees who come to Yiwu from non-medium or high-risk areas outside Zhejiang in the past three days, it is recommended that they should go to the nearest comprehensive service site in town or sub-district (attached) to take a free nucleic acid test within two days upon the arrival. Please bring your ID card, wear masks throughout the entire process, and take personal protection and heatstroke prevention and cooling measures. When you arrive at the comprehensive service site, please obey the arrangements of the on-site staff and queue up for sampling and testing in an orderly manner. The test results can be inquired at“浙里办 Zheliban”, the official government one-stop service app.
5.If citizens find that your friends and relatives meet the conditions of the voluntary test-taking, please remind them to take the test at the nearest comprehensive service site.
6.Citizens are suggested to pay close attention to the epidemic dynamics at home and abroad. Do not go to medium- high-risk areas and do not leave Yiwu unless necessary. If there is a necessity to travel, please protect yourself by wearing masks, avoiding gatherings, and keeping the one-meter distance.
