For days, there have been local positive cases of COVID-19 reported in Ningbo, Shaoxing, Hangzhou cities of our province. The epidemic response has become extraordinarily complicated and challenging. In order to effectively implement various epidemic response measures and resolutely stop the spread of the virus, we hereby make the following announcements.
1. Measures such as temperature taken, showing the health code, wearing masks and travel history code checked should be strictly carried out in key venues, such as all scenic spots, hotels, restaurants, all major markets, cinemas, theaters, transport stations, hospitals, etc. The number of receptions in all public enclosed settings like libraries, galleries, museums, cafe bars, gaming parlors, mahjong rooms, board game rooms, etc., should not exceed 75% of the approved capacity. The number of participants in venues for religious and folklore religion activities should not exceed 60% of their venue's capacity.
2. All indoor performance activities shall be suspended, as well as offline exhibitions and promotional activities of shopping malls and supermarkets.
3. All kinds of conferences and gathering events are subject to restriction measures and the guiding principle of "no non-essential events" and "online events replacing offline events if feasible" should be followed strictly. The overall number and capacity of gathering activities shall be under strict control. If there is a necessity of holding such events , the organizers must act on the principle of whoever organizes the event shall bear the responsibility; the organizers shall be held as the main responsible person. In principle, participants and staff of the events should complete the full course of vaccination against the COVID-19, and a closed-loop management should be adopted that allows no going-out of any participants during the events.
4. Pharmacies are not allowed to sell antipyretic or cough medicines to customers with feverish symptoms. Those with fever symptoms visiting pharmacies are required to complete a real-name registration, strongly recommended to visit medical service centers while the related information should be timely reported. Real-name registration are also required for individuals who purchase antipyretic, cough suppressant, antiviral and antimicrobial drugs, known as four main types of medicine under monitoring during the pandemic.
5.Individuals who have travel or residence history in the counties(cities, regions)of the medium and high risk areas are recommended to postpone their plan of traveling or returning to Yiwu. Otherwise, they are required to take the initiative to report to the community (village) and relevant units within 2 hours after arriving in Yiwu, and submit epidemic-related information through the QR code义乌防疫 (Yiwu Epidemic Prevention),and follow closely the corresponding health measures. All residents in Yiwu are urged to avoid non-essential trips to cities and regions of medium and high risk areas. For essential trips to those areas, please submit the relevant information in a timely manner.
6.For those with symptoms such as fever, sore throat, stuffy nose, cough, fatigue, loss of smell(taste), diarrhea, muscle ache and conjunctivitis, please visit the designated fever clinics timely and take the initiative to report the travel history and contact history of the past 14 days. Please take caution by wearing a mask all the time on the way to the hospital and avoid taking public transport.
